稍早幫客人安裝好江民準備升級註冊，卻發現輸入卡號、密碼要等很久，甚至出現『無法顯示網頁』的訊息，嘗試幾次之後狀況依舊，去電江民客服發現假日無人值班.....
打了幾通電話，確認並非我的線路出問題，因為瀏覽器上的網站都正常的開啟勒，詢問同業也發現幾乎都有類似狀況（好慘...不能休息的人好多），只好找熟識的江民工程師問囉.....
得到的結果是：學術網路大斷線，中華電信正強力搶修中！
好吧～～問題不在江民，也只好等囉～～希望能早點修復，不然怎麼交機啊＝.＝

中年失業對很多人都是一大打擊。不過下面的例子要告訴您、只要努力永遠不嫌晚、40歲的吳明德原本是工廠的倉管人員，卻被無預警裁員，沒有一技之長讓他找工作碰壁次數高達二十多次，又碰上母親截肢、妻子罹癌。面對這一連串的打擊，也讓他從電腦白癡變成維修高手，不再怕失業。
客人搬著電腦上門，不到十五分鐘，就找出問題。吳明德現在是電腦維修高手，但是半年前，他是個只會開機的電腦白癡。
是什麼樣的動力，讓吳明德抱著非成功不可的決心？40歲的他本來是工廠倉管人員，無預警裁員後，長達一年的時間找不到工作，失敗次數超過20次，再加上母親糖尿病截肢、妻子罹患乳癌，家中兩個小孩要養，生活的壓力，他逼自己半年內就要有成績。
「多元就業方案」讓他進入電腦這個領域，在半公益性質的「資源工作坊」，有機會一邊學專長，還能有收入照顧家人，同事和主管，看到的是他的決心和毅力。
中年轉業的吳明德，不給自己太多藉口，只用了半年的時間學習，現在已經是部門裡的維修高手，有了一技之長，現在他再也不怕失業，未來的夢想，就是要自己開一間電腦工作站，永遠擺脫裁員的噩夢。

今天在噗浪（Plurk）上一群人不斷在討論，因防毒軟體AVG誤判微軟視窗系統程式裡的檔案為木馬病毒，使得電腦開不了機，還造成許多人辦公室的電腦幾乎死當無法運作，目前在AVG台灣官方論壇裡，AVG台灣的回應是，工程師已在了解問題，並會在下次病毒碼更新時解決。

事發緣由：一名網友一早進辦公室開電腦發現，所安裝的防毒軟體AVG跳出來警示電腦遭到木馬病毒的感染，不過，網友仔細審核才發現被AVG判定的木馬病毒感染檔案是微軟視窗的系統程式system32\userenv.dll，有些網友懷疑是誤判，還特別使用其他資安廠商的防毒軟體掃毒，掃毒結果都是正常，只有AVG防毒軟體判別是木馬感染。然而，有些不知情的網友，因信任AVG防毒軟體的警示而把userenv.dll檔案刪除，結果造成電腦無法開機。

許多網友因此在Plurk與台大PTT版上反應，發現許多人也遭受相同的問題而受害。有網友因為AVG的誤判木馬，造成整個早上一直開不了機，甚至掃毒掃了一個早上。還有網友表示，userenv.dll檔案毀損，就算重新修復該檔案，AVG還是重新判別該檔案為病毒，因此，有一名名為高登的網友，在自己的網站中建議使用者直接忽略警示，或者是不要按「移除所選的感染檔案」、「移除所有未修復的感染檔案」等選項，直接選擇「關閉」就好了。

當然，如果已經不小心把userenv.dll檔案刪除了，要修復該檔案，網友Nicholas建議使用者可以使用Windows安裝光碟，將原始的檔案再複製回原資料夾裡。

面對AVG誤判微軟視窗系統程式為木馬病毒的事件，由於AVG在台灣並無技術團隊，記者詢問AVG台灣的公關團隊後，他們也緊急聯繫在英國與捷克的技術顧問，不過至截稿為止，尚未得到回應，AVG也只有在官方論壇裡留下工程師正在了解問題中，可能將於下次病毒碼更新時解決。

《紐約時報》被騙，網站廣告變成惡意程式的誘餌，紐時14日暫停外部公司在其網站置入的廣告，並在網站首頁警告讀者不要亂點彈出式廣告以免中毒。
紐時表示，騙徒假裝是一家電腦安全顧問公司，刊登了一個星期的「正常」病毒防護廣告，但騙徒周末把彈出式廣告內容掉包，換成病毒警告，並把網頁導向提供防毒軟體的網頁best-antivirus03.com。網友如果上當，以為自己電腦中毒而點連結，就會真的「中鏢」。
紐時表示，該網站會挾持瀏覽器，讓用戶以為正在掃描病毒。紐時提醒網友，看到彈出式廣告時切勿點選，應關閉瀏覽器再重新開啟。
紐時指出，「好幾個新聞機構都受騙」，不過，只有使用視窗作業系統的網友受到影響，蘋果電腦不受威脅。紐時表示，已採取措施防止類似事件重演。
紐時並未透露，有多少網友看到詐騙廣告。光是美國境內，每個月就有4500萬人次閱覽紐時網站。
防毒軟體公司表示，紐時上述詐騙廣告的主機由德國一家公司提供，這家公司過去素行不良。
有網友表示，《費城詢問報》 (Philadelphia Inquirer)14日出現類似騙局，《新聞周刊》網站最近也發生過這種問題。

前一陣子經常有使用者被這種假防毒網站欺騙導致電腦幾乎癱瘓，雖然業者是假借知名網站的信譽行騙，但深究起來，還是使用者對防毒防駭的常識不足造成的！
以此類型事件來說：
1.除非你主動尋找線上掃描的網站且下載掃描所需的元件，否則主動告知你電腦有毒的網站，萬萬不可相信！
2.你如果看不懂英文，就不要在只看的懂『virus』『scan』『Warming』的情況下，笨笨的去點『yes』，請選『no』或直接關掉視窗！！
3.你如果懷疑自己或許真的有中毒且認為自己電腦中的防毒軟體不夠力，也請抱著電腦去求救或花錢消災，而不是隨便相信一個你看都沒看過的『英文』網站！

這是中了八八父親節病毒嗎？當然不是囉～
根據幾位網友告知有此狀況，筆者立即與台灣江民官方確認此狀況，同時也得到處理此狀況的步驟！
