江民防毒無法註冊更新？

稍早幫客人安裝好江民準備升級註冊，卻發現輸入卡號、密碼要等很久，甚至出現『無法顯示網頁』的訊息，嘗試幾次之後狀況依舊，去電江民客服發現假日無人值班.....

打了幾通電話，確認並非我的線路出問題，因為瀏覽器上的網站都正常的開啟勒，詢問同業也發現幾乎都有類似狀況（好慘...不能休息的人好多），只好找熟識的江民工程師問囉.....
